Description

Product Uses:
- Waterproof pitched roofs, parapets, flashings, wall and chimney cappings, roof joint and roof screws.
- Seal joints and repair hairline cracks
- Can be used over old paint and waterproof cement plaster, concrete and rusted areas.
- Rust prevention and rehabilitations
Precaution:
- Ambient and surface temperature must be between 15°C and 35°C for successful application
- Do not apply if any rain or moist is in imminent
- Flexi rubber membrane must be used
- Skin contact: wash immediately with lukewarm water
- Eye contact: flush immediately with water for 5 to 10 min.
- Not for human consumption
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in a cool dry place
Surface Preparations:
Ensure all substrates are thoroughly clean, sound, dry and free from any laitance, fungal, grease, oil or loose and flaking particles.
Bonding Priming:
Prime porous surfaces like concrete asbestos, wood, roof tiles and natural titles with Flexi bond bonding liquid. Drying time +- 60 minutes.
